BRIDAL MAKEUP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you so much for choosing me as your Bridal Makeup Artist. Getting married can be quite stressful, so in order for things to work out smoother between you and I,Zareen Shah, please carefully read through these points so that there is no confusion or misunderstanding when you book your services with me. Trials/Provas are only available in Dubai, and I can either come to you or we can meet at a particular salon, that allows me do the trial/prova at their location. Trials/Provas are 1500AED and take approx 1hr30mins - 2hrs and will have to be paid upfront in cash. You have the choice to choose between two different eye looks, or the same eye look, with full face contour & highlight, cheeks, lips, face and one set of eyelashes. The Trial/prova is an estimate to how you will look on your wedding day but will never be a 100% exact as the inspiration that arises when I see your entire outfit, bouquet and wedding hall will ultimately make a difference. A 50% deposit is required to hold your date, and the remainder is due on the date of the event. Deposits and makeup trials (if you choose to book one) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Therefore, if you have made the decision to book me and have paid the security deposit of 50% and have changed the date (foreseen or unforeseen reasons) or have decided to cancel my service, this deposit serves as a security for my services, time and the date you reserved me for and is absolutely NON REFUNDABLE. Your security deposit is a guaranteed commitment of my time, services and expertise upon your reservation, unless if there is death or physical injury prior to your event. If you have changed dates, and need to reschedule your appointment with me, I will try my best to accommodate to your new date of change but there is NO guarantee of my availability for the new change of time and date. Even if you have changed wedding dates and paid for the security deposit, your first deposit does not transfer to your new date. You will need to pay another security deposit if required. If you have decided to cancel my services after paying the 50% deposit, this deposit does not transfer to family or friends. Your security deposit secures your Bridal appointment for that particular date and time only. All terms and conditions stated above and written in personal correspondence with the client (via text/email/whatsapp) will apply, with or without a contract, unless the written contract states otherwise.

الشروط والاحكام أولا اشكري لاختياركي لي لان اكون خبيرة التجميل الخاصة لمناسبتكي الخاصة فترة الزواج هي مرحلة مهمة ومؤرقة للجميح. لسهولة التواصل ولتفادي اي لبس او سوء فهم الرجاء الاطلاع على النقاظ التالية بدقة وتمعن: • المكياج التجريبي/البروفة:  هذه الخدمة متوفرة فقط في دبي، وبامكاني القدوم اليكي اوالالتقاء في أي صالون تجميل من اختياركي شرط ان يسمح لي الصالون بمزاولة العمل مؤقتا خلال هذه الفترة. تكلقة الجلسة 1500 درهم (غير قابلة للاسترداد) وتستغرق الجلسة الواحدة  من ساعة ونصف الى ساعتين. بامكانك اختيار طلتين مختلفتين للعيون او نفس الطلة بالاضافة الى تحديد معالم الوجه (contouring/highlight)، الخدود، الشفايف، وتركيب الرموش. الغرض من البروفة اعطاء فكرة تقديرية للشكل النهائي في يوم الزفاف ولكنها لا تضمن أن يكون الشكل النهائي للطلة مماثلا بنسبة 100% اذ قد تأتيني أفكار اكثر ابداعا وموائمة لفستان الزفاف،مسكة اليد،وشكل القاعة. • مكياج الزفاف/ المناسبات الخاصة: بتوجب عليكي دفع عربون/مقدم 50% من تكلفة جلسة مكياج الزفاف أوالمناسبة لضمان حجزوقتي في ذلك اليوم والمبلغ المتبقي يمكن دفعه بعد الجلسة مباشرة. قيمة الجلسة والعربون غير قابلين للاسترداد أو التحويل الى شخص آخر من أفراد العائلة اوالاصدقاء • في حال دفع العربون يعتبر هذا ضمانا لحجز وقتي وخدماتي التجميلية في اليوم والوقت المحدد والمتفق عليه مسبقا بيننا (ما عدا في حالات الوفاة أو الاصابة الجسدية). في حال الغاء الموعد أو تغيير تاريخ المناسبة لايمكنكي استرجاج مبلغ العربون في اي حال من الاحوال أو تحت اي ظرف ويتوجب عليكي دفع عربون جديد في حالة تغيير موعد الجلسة
